Look Up an Evans Resident

Several public trails, not one master list, answer this. Start with the county property roll, a voter self-check, a court docket, or an older directory collection, then carry the account, case, address, or year into the next source. The county keeps the recorder, assessor, elections, court, and tax systems, while the city keeps municipal and cemetery material. An Evans resident lookup follows that path rather than a single name box. Older listings reflect the time they were printed and nothing later.

Evans Resident Lookup Record Map

An Evans resident lookup begins with the least sensitive source that can answer the question. Property records can connect a name to an owner field or mailing line. The voter self-check tests registration, not every person at an address. Court dockets show hearing-level events. Vital records and cemetery or newspaper sources add family and life-event context. Business or professional filings show a filing relationship, not proof of residence.

Start with an address when one is known, a parcel or case number when one is available, and a full name plus ZIP or birth date for the voter self-check. Keep the search date. A non-result can reflect a mismatch, recent move, confidentiality, or a record outside the source's scope. A result still needs a second identifier before it is described as the same person.

Note: Match each source to the question it can answer before combining records into one Evans identity trail.

Evans Court Dockets by Party

The Colorado Judicial Branch docket search covers Colorado court hearing information, including Weld County's 19th Judicial District. Weld can be selected with a judicial district, courthouse, court type, and division. Date choices include six months, three months, one month, one week, today, or a specific date. Case filters include a four-digit year, case class such as C, CR, CV, DR, JD, JV, M, PR, R, S, or T, and case sequence. Party filters use individual or business, first name, and last name. Attorney filters use bar number or name. Results show date, time, duration, name, case number, hearing type, location, appearance type, and courtroom, with twenty results per page, pagination, export, and printable view.

Evans Municipal Court is separate from Weld County courts. It is at 1100 37th Street and directs non-defendants to an open-records request for case records. Weld court documents use the filing court or the state record/document request route. The request form can ask for a disposition or sentence order, protection order, ticket, civil order, probate item, or other record, plus a certified or exemplified copy. Listed fees include $0.25 per page with a $15 maximum for parties or attorneys, $25 for a transcript of judgment, $20 for a satisfaction of judgment, $20 per certified or exemplified document, $5 for a name search, actual cost for off-site retrieval, and $30 per hour for research or redaction after the first hour. Responses generally occur within three business days unless an extension applies.

Here is the Colorado Judicial court search screen assigned in the manifest.

The image shows discovery, not unrestricted document access. Save the case number and hearing date, then ask the filing court for the record that can lawfully be released.

Note: A docket result identifies a scheduled court event; request the underlying file from the filing court before describing disposition.

Evans Voter Lookup Fields

Colorado's Find My Registration tool uses First, Last, ZIP, and Birthday in mm/dd/yyyy format. The SOS says a one-name search should use the Last field, and a recent move may call for a prior ZIP. It is a registration self-check, not an unrestricted voter database.

First and LastRegistration name fields; try appropriate spelling or prior surname.
ZIPUse current or prior ZIP when a move may explain a mismatch.
BirthdayEnter mm/dd/yyyy for matching; month and day are not public fields.
Public resultName, residential address, affiliation and date, supplied phone or gender identity, birth year, and prior-election voting history may be public under the rules.

Social Security number, driver's-license number, month and day of birth, signature, and email are confidential. A confidential voter or an Address Confidentiality Program participant may not appear. Weld Elections at 1250 H Street, Greeley, offers county routes, and the SOS provides a public-data request form. The SOS FAQ states the county confidential-voter process may involve a $5 fee.

Evans Names Need Two Identifiers

A name alone is an index key, not an identity conclusion. Start with a full name plus an Evans street, ZIP, age range, spouse or parent, approximate year, parcel account, or case number. Then compare the property situs address with the owner mailing line. The recorder's grantor or grantee role, a docket party, a business registrant, and a directory household are different relationships.

Common collisions come from initials, maiden or married names, Hispanic or Latino naming order, newspaper OCR, abbreviated streets, old Greeley or Evans ZIP lines, and household members with the same name. Record the exact source wording. Use “listed at,” “recorded as,” or “appears in” when the source supports only that narrow claim.

Note: Keep one identity key, one geography key, one date key, and one official source key before treating a match as strong.

Evans Vital and Cemetery Routes

Colorado vital records are not an open name-search database. Weld Health and Environment at 1555 N. 17th Avenue in Greeley covers Colorado births from 1902 forward statewide, with pre-1902 births limited to Weld, and electronic death certificates statewide from 1975 forward, with pre-1975 deaths limited to Weld. The local office lists walk-in same-day service, mail, fax with credit card, and online ordering through GoCertificates or VitalChek. Its listed hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 3 to 5 business-day estimate. The state route uses an application, identification, proof, and fee. Weld lists $25 for the first birth copy and $20 for additional copies of the same record.

CRS 25-2-117 requires direct and tangible interest for certified copies. Colorado State Archives describes births as archival after 100 years, while an official death application identifies death certificates as public after 75 years. Marriage and civil-union copies go through the Weld Clerk and Recorder. Divorce decrees go through the district court. For a historical Evans resident, start with the Evans Cemetery burial route, WCMI, newspapers, and cemetery maps before assuming a current certificate is eligible.

Note: Vital access depends on record age, requester relationship, and custodian, so an open cemetery clue may be the appropriate first step.

Evans Arrest and CBI Scope

Weld Daily Arrests uses first name, last name, and arrest date or date range. Its stated coverage runs from February 14, 2006 through yesterday, and results can show name, arrest date and time, agency, booking number, DOB, gender, custody link, charges, bail, and VINE. Daily Released uses release date plus first and last name and can show bond and clearance fields. An arrest is not a conviction, and the booking page does not establish current custody or final disposition.

The CBI Internet Criminal History Check is a Colorado-only, name-based result with a fee for each download. The research lists $6 for ICHC and $13 for manual CHRI in the inspected schedule, subject to current verification. Juvenile arrests at 17 or younger, traffic arrests under 16, and sealed records are excluded. Multiple results can share a name and DOB. CBI cannot notarize an online result.

The CBI public registry page does not post every registered offender and imposes limits on publication, harassment, and pecuniary use. Use the official scope, not a copied list.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation registry page is shown in the assigned image manifest.

The registry screen is a scope reminder. For arrest reports, contact the originating agency; for court records, contact the court; for CCJRA requests, use CBI's official route.

Evans Business and License Clues

Business and professional records can help separate two people with the same name, but they do not prove residence. The Colorado Secretary of State business database searches business names, trademarks, trade names, ID numbers, and filing or document numbers. A filing may show an agent, organizer, officer, member, principal address, or registered office. A registered agent can be a service or law firm, so the role must stay attached to the name.

The Colorado DORA license verification route is the state umbrella for regulated professions. A license profile can offer a public name, profession, status, and location clue, while detailed fields depend on the dynamic board search. Evans business and sales-tax licensing is a city route, with paper applications for in-city businesses and a Caselle route for out-of-city applicants. Treat a business or license address as a filing relationship, not a household address.

The DORA license verification page is useful when a public credential is the second identifier in an Evans resident lookup.

The license screen provides an official starting point, but the issuing division controls the current fields, status, and public profile details.

Note: A business filing or professional license is a secondary identifier and should never be recast as a residence record.

Verifying an Evans Resident Record

A reliable resident lookup carries a name through several records without collapsing their roles. Anchor the name to a geography, date, or record number first. Then compare the source's relationship, date, and access status. The following sequence keeps a property owner, voter, court party, booking subject, and historic household separate.

  1. Anchor the full name to an address, ZIP, Weld account, case number, or dated household clue.
  2. Run the assessor, voter, docket, and arrest tools only for the fields each source actually exposes.
  3. Compare name variants, source dates, parcel or mailing fields, and an independent family or place marker.
  4. Request a certified or underlying record from the proper custodian when eligibility and access allow.
Docket
A court event index showing case and hearing information, not the whole case file.
Index versus image
An index catalogs a record; an image or certified copy is the underlying document supplied under the custodian's rules.
Certified copy
A custodian-issued copy with certification that may be required for an official use and may require proof or a fee.

Lawful Boundaries for an Evans Resident Lookup

Colorado's public-record framework includes the Colorado Open Records Act, CRS 24-72-200.1 through 24-72-205, and the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, CRS 24-72-301 through 24-72-309. A written or electronic request may receive a response within three working days, with a possible seven-working-day extension for an explained extenuating circumstance. Exemptions, sealed cases, protected identifiers, active investigations, and retention limits still apply.

Colorado's Address Confidentiality Program, confidential-voter status, and the 2025 first-responder and spouse protections can hide a residential address by design. A missing voter result is not proof that a person is absent from Evans. The Colorado Privacy Act may provide rights in covered data contexts, but its scope and exceptions depend on the controller and record category. Correct an error with the custodian rather than assembling a substitute address from another source.

Lawful use. An Evans resident lookup is for personal, lawful research. Do not use records to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, or bypass a confidentiality program.
